Rapid Infusion

The Rapid Infusion procedure allows the mixing of a liquid with different aromas in a very short time. Add solid aromatic ingredients (such as herbs, spices, fruits) with some liquid (such as alcohol, oil, water or vinegar) into the iSi siphon. Through the pressurization with which the iSi siphon is operated with an iSi cream charger, the aroma of the ingredients binds with the liquid, thus conferring a unique and special flavor.
