RICE is perfect for cooking rice or paellas and finishing the dish with a smoky touch, fish with sauce, snails, clams or garlic seafood. It can also be used as a plate to mark food. Also ideal for cooking dishes with broth or sauce. Two Rice pans placed on their sides can be used on a Caliu barbecue. In case of using it with the lid, only one pot fits.
