  • 500 ml water 

  • 20 g honey 

  • 3 sachets of red berry infusion   

  • 70 g mango puree


  • Put the contents of the tea bags and honey in the water and refrigerate for 24 hours. 

  • Strain through a coffee filter or superbag.

  • Pour the cold tea into the iSi Nitro Whip, load with 1 iSi Nitro Charge and shake vigorously. Pour the mango puree into a tall glass and pour the Nitro Fruit Tea over the top.
