  • 800g mineral water

  • 30g cinnamon stick

  • 30 grams of cardamom

  • 30g star anise

  • 30 grams of coffee


  • Heat the water to boiling.

  • Remove from the heat and add the spices, leave to cool and store in the fridge without straining.

  • The next day, blend in an American glass and strain through a superbag.
