- 800g mineral water
- 30g cinnamon stick
- 30g Cardamom
- 30g star anise
- 30g coffee
- Heat the water to boiling point.
- Remove from the heat and add the spices, leave to cool and store in the fridge without straining.
- The next day crush in an American glass and strain through a superbag.
