  • 800g mineral water
  • 30g cinnamon stick
  • 30g Cardamom
  • 30g star anise
  • 30g coffee


  • Heat the water to boiling point.
  • Remove from the heat and add the spices, leave to cool and store in the fridge without straining.
  • The next day crush in an American glass and strain through a superbag.
