4 ml of Bombay Sapphire gin
20 ml orange juice
20 ml of peach puree
20 ml peach liqueur
20 ml de vermouth Martini Rubino
Soda water for preparation
Screw in 1 iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously.
Put the remaining ingredients, except the Martini Rubino, in a shaker with a little ice and shake vigorously.
Pour the cocktail into a round glass and add fresh sparkling water from the iSi Sodamaker Classic or iSi Soda Siphon.
Finally, slowly pour in the Martini Rubino and garnish with a sprig of sage.
