  • 4 ml of Bombay Sapphire gin

  • 20 ml orange juice 

  • 20 ml of peach puree 

  • 20 ml peach liqueur 

  • 20 ml de vermouth Martini Rubino 

  • Soda water for preparation

Preparation

  • Fill the iSi Sodamaker Classic or an iSi Soda Siphon with very cold water. 

  • Screw in 1 iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously.

  • Put the remaining ingredients, except the Martini Rubino, in a shaker with a little ice and shake vigorously. 

  • Pour the cocktail into a round glass and add fresh sparkling water from the iSi Sodamaker Classic or iSi Soda Siphon. 

  • Finally, slowly pour in the Martini Rubino and garnish with a sprig of sage.
