  • 80g cooked carrot
  • 10g isomalt
  • 15g caster sugar
  •   2g glucose
  • 10g malto

Preparation

  • Blend 5-8 minutes at 80ºC in Thermomix.
  • Leave to rest in fridge for 8 hours and spread in Ezidri Dehydrator with template.
  • Dry at 50ºC for 12 hours. Once dry, shape with heat.
